The Introductionary Program in Norway
The program shall make it easier to find a job and get an education in Norway. The program lasts for two years and is aimed at refugees between 18 and 55 years. The program is compulsory for this group. They learn the language and train for work, and they take part in a course about Norwegian culture and society. The participants get paid in the period they take part the program.
